Terms of Service

By accessing or using SalesDr.ai (the "Service"), operated by GyanForge Technologies ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

SalesDr.ai is a sales call intelligence platform. The Service processes uploaded audio recordings and calendar-connected meeting recordings to generate transcripts, AI-powered analysis, coaching recommendations, and other sales insights. The Service may include integrations with third-party platforms for calendar access, notifications, and authentication.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

To access most features, you must create an account using a supported authentication method (Google, GitHub, or email magic link). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to: upload content that you do not have the right to share; use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent; or use the Service to develop a competing product.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including call recordings, transcripts, and associated data ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your User Content to train AI models or share it with other organizations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all participants in recorded calls have been informed of and have consented to the recording, in compliance with all applicable laws. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent. We are not responsible for your compliance with recording consent laws.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, documentation, branding, and AI models, is owned by GyanForge Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.

The analysis, verdicts, coaching recommendations, and other insights generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional sales advice, legal advice, or any form of guarantee. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified before making business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GyanForge Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GyanForge Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights, including recording consent violations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the Service settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
