SalesDr.ai ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by GyanForge Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Google, GitHub, or magic link).

Call Recordings & Transcripts: When you upload audio files or connect a calendar for automated recording, we process the audio to generate transcripts and AI-powered analysis. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are only accessible to members of your organization.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address.

Calendar Data: If you connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, we access your calendar events (read-only) to automatically schedule meeting recordings. We do not modify your calendar.

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; generate AI-powered call analysis including verdicts, objections, risk signals, coaching recommendations, and talk ratio metrics; send you notifications (including Slack notifications if configured); respond to your requests and support inquiries; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Your call recordings are processed using third-party AI services for transcription and analysis. We do not use your call data to train AI models. All processing is done on a per-call basis and your data is not shared across organizations. Transcripts and analysis results are stored in encrypted databases accessible only to your organization.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers who help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, AI processing, authentication); law enforcement if required by law; and parties involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you. All third-party service providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; per-organization data isolation; role-based access controls; regular security audits; and secure deletion upon request. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your call recordings, transcripts, and analysis data for as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete any call recording and its associated data at any time through the Service. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; data portability; and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@gyanforge.com.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect Service functionality.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any cross-border data transfers, consistent with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
